We offer Route shipping protection at checkout. This insurance covers any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items purchased, before, after, or during sale periods. Sale pricing is offered on a limited and promotional basis. We are only able to honor sale pricing for purchases made during the period that the sale pricing is live.
All orders placed during a sitewide sale or with a discount code of 25% off or more, are eligible to be returned for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If an item is sent back in an attempt for a refund without going through the return portal, your item will be issued onto an e-gift card.
