Due to high volume of orders received, please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive once it has left our warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

We will not be offering express shipping during our sitewide sale.

United States - orders over $150
Canada - orders over $250
International - orders over $300

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide and all orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).  

SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer Route shipping protection at checkout. This insurance covers any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We strike to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items purchased before, after or during sale periods. Sale pricing is offered on a limited and promotional basis. We are only able to honor sale pricing for purchases made during the period that the sale pricing is live.

RETURNS
All orders placed during a sitewide sale or with a discount code of 25% off or more, are eligible to be returned for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

If an item is sent back in an attempt for a refund without going through the return portal, your item will be issued onto an e-gift card.
