International Orders
We offer free Shipping on Canadian Orders over $250 USD & free Shipping on International Orders over $300 USD. Taxes and customs/broker fees not included.
All orders ship via DHL or FedEx. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in English. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return items for store credit within 30 days of delivery, or for a refund to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have the original manufacturer tag attached, and be free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor, fragrance, scuffs, tears, or snags. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.”
Items marked as final sale do not apply to international orders. Please submit a request to return final sale items in our EU Right of Withdrawal portal.
We cannot accept COD returns. We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at jbteam@joahbrown.com.
For refunds or store credit, you may ship items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method.

We are unable to offer prepaid shipping labels to international customers.
All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.
By placing an order at Joah Brown, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Joah Brown. Refund amounts may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Joah Brown is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount caused by changes in currency conversion rates or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
