When Will My Order Ship?

All Ground Delivery and Expedited Delivery orders require up to 2 business days from the date purchased for fulfillment time. During this time, your order will undergo credit authorization and verification and will be fulfilled by our warehouse.  PLEASE NOTE:  Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order.  Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder and add to your Safe Sender list.

We offer FREE Ground Delivery on all Domestic orders totaling $75 or more. Orders sent by Ground Delivery usually arrive within 3-7 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

All domestic orders will arrive within 2-10 business days once shipped.  Prices will vary based on zip code and weight of order. 

We cannot replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for a long length of time.  We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS. 


Free Shipping on Canadian Orders over $150.  Free Shipping on International Orders over $300.  Taxes and fees not included. 

We ship to all countries.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international.  International shipping charges are based on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  If FEDEX attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.  All international orders will ship via FEDEX.

Taxes And Duties

All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.

Policy And Terms

By placing an order at Joah Brown, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Joah Brown.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for a refund excluding the original shipping charges and up to 30 days for an online merchandise credit. Any item(s) returned between 31 and 60 days after purchase will be automatically given a store credit that is redeemable on our site at any time.  Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.  Items purchased in the Sale section may be returned for online store credit only.  Please email if you have any questions regarding a return/exchange.

All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original packaging, free of damage and odor. All merchandise must be unworn. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to an additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable.  They are FINAL SALE:

-Items that have been worn or damaged.

-Items without the original tags and packaging.

-Gift Cards

-Items purchased in SALE section labeled FINAL SALE. 

Any final sale item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.
