We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $200 or more.
All orders ship within 5-7 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.

Items available for pre-order allow our customers to secure an item before stock is available.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship before the pre-order. To see an estimated delivery date for items on pre-order, you may visit the item's product page.
Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm PST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
