All Standard, Ground, and Expedited Delivery orders require up to 2-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been placed. No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays. Expect delays during high volume holiday season from our warehouse and shipping carriers.
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm PST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.
If you have purchased any pre-order item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items will be collected upon placement of the order.
We offer FREE Ground Delivery on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more. Orders sent by Ground Delivery usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
All domestic orders will arrive within 2-10 business days once shipped. Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and weight of the order.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
