All Standard, Ground, and Expedited Delivery orders require up to 2-3 business days from the date purchased for fulfillment time. During this time, your order will undergo credit authorization and verification and will be fulfilled by our warehouse. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays. Expect delays during high volume holiday season from our warehouse and shipping carriers.
If you require OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm noon PST. If you place an order after FedEx Express pick up, your order will be processed to go out the next day.
If you have purchased any PRE-ORDER item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for PRE-ORDER items will be collected upon placement of the order.
PLEASE NOTE: Any inaccurate information entered during checkout, including incorrect credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email address you provided with your order. If for any reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder and add email@example.com to your Safe Sender list.
We offer FREE Ground Delivery on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more. Orders sent by Ground Delivery usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All domestic orders will arrive within 2-10 business days once shipped. Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and weight of the order. All orders ship from Carpinteria, CA.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
