Quality Control Associate

The Role

Supports the production department by performing in-field quality control inspections. full time positions available. 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections on the production floor of all factories
  • Ensure that any and all defects are communicated/flagged to the manager/supervisor in order to address the issue immediately and propose a corrective solution
  • Enforce the company’s quality standards and expectations when dealing with factories, while at the same time maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Assist with analysis of any/all quality reports 
  • Assist with pick ups and drop offs for fabric and trims
  • Assist the production team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Be able to work autonomously and be a team player

This is a full-time/hourly position based in the Downtown Los Angeles/Vernon area.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Entry level position
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid ca driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

WORKING ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS 

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Position requires driving throughout the day to various factories around la
  • Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to react and adapt to change
  • Must be prepared to work in varying seasonal temperatures 

 Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Lift up to 50lbs
