OFFICE COORDINATOR

Position Summary:

Supports the company by maintaining all office procedures and assisting with miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • FOSTER A POSITIVE, PRODUCTIVE AND INCLUSIVE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
  • PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, INCLUDING ORGANIZING AND RUNNING ERRANDS
  • ASSISTING IN DAILY SHIPMENTS & RECEIVING OF PACKAGES
  • OFFICE MANAGEMENT - STOCKING AND ORGANIZING OFFICE KITCHEN, GETTING LUNCHES, ORGANIZING TEAM MEETINGS, SOCIAL HOURS, EVENTS
  • MANAGE OFFICE BUDGETS, TRACK EXPENSES, AND ENSURE COST-EFFICIENCY IN OFFICE OPERATIONS
  • MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION OF SHARED SPACES, INCLUDING MEETING ROOMS, BREAK AREAS, AND KITCHENS
  • DEVICE MANAGEMENT: ORDERING NEW DEVICES, GETTING OLD DEVICES SERVICED
  • MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OFFICE VENDORS, ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE AND TIMELY DELIVERIES (SUPPLIES, FOOD, OFFICE FURNITURE, ETC.)
  • NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS WITH VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WHEN NECESSARY
  • ENSURE OFFICE EQUIPMENT IS PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED AS NEEDED, INCLUDING COPIERS, PRINTERS, AND ANY OTHER OFFICE TECHNOLOGY
  • VAN SERVICING: SETTING UP CAR DETAILING AND SERVICING
  • ASSISTING WITH MISCELLANEOUS TASKS: PICKING UP PRODUCTION FROM THE WAREHOUSE, ORGANIZING CLOTHES, AND PROVIDING SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED TO THE MANAGER/TEAM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Entry Level Position
  • STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID CA DRIVER’S LICENSE, AND PROOF OF INSURANCE
  • Organizational Skills
  • STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY while also being a team player
  • preferably live in Santa Barbara area

Physical Requirements: must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

  •  LIFT UP TO 50LBS
