OFFICE COORDINATOR
Position Summary:
Supports the company by maintaining all office procedures and assisting with miscellaneous tasks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- FOSTER A POSITIVE, PRODUCTIVE AND INCLUSIVE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
- PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, INCLUDING ORGANIZING AND RUNNING ERRANDS
- ASSISTING IN DAILY SHIPMENTS & RECEIVING OF PACKAGES
- OFFICE MANAGEMENT - STOCKING AND ORGANIZING OFFICE KITCHEN, GETTING LUNCHES, ORGANIZING TEAM MEETINGS, SOCIAL HOURS, EVENTS
- MANAGE OFFICE BUDGETS, TRACK EXPENSES, AND ENSURE COST-EFFICIENCY IN OFFICE OPERATIONS
- MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION OF SHARED SPACES, INCLUDING MEETING ROOMS, BREAK AREAS, AND KITCHENS
- DEVICE MANAGEMENT: ORDERING NEW DEVICES, GETTING OLD DEVICES SERVICED
- MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OFFICE VENDORS, ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE AND TIMELY DELIVERIES (SUPPLIES, FOOD, OFFICE FURNITURE, ETC.)
- NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS WITH VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WHEN NECESSARY
- ENSURE OFFICE EQUIPMENT IS PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED AS NEEDED, INCLUDING COPIERS, PRINTERS, AND ANY OTHER OFFICE TECHNOLOGY
- VAN SERVICING: SETTING UP CAR DETAILING AND SERVICING
- ASSISTING WITH MISCELLANEOUS TASKS: PICKING UP PRODUCTION FROM THE WAREHOUSE, ORGANIZING CLOTHES, AND PROVIDING SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED TO THE MANAGER/TEAM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry Level Position
- STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID CA DRIVER’S LICENSE, AND PROOF OF INSURANCE
- Organizational Skills
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY while also being a team player
- preferably live in Santa Barbara area
Physical Requirements: must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- LIFT UP TO 50LBS
