POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and creative Creative Marketing Associate to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation for both digital and print media. This individual will play a key role in the production of high-quality content across a range of channels, including social media ads, emails, and more. You will be responsible for taking direction from the team and producing polished, visually engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic. We are looking for someone who is motivated, efficient, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the creative marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms
• Create and edit graphics for social media ads, website design, email campaigns, and more
• Develop a strong understanding of our brand, ensuring all work aligns with our voice and values
• Copywriting skills are a plus, contributing to content creation when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in fashion marketing
• Understanding the basics of Photography + Videography
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new software as needed
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel for Photoshoots
• Open to being in front of the camera for EGC

This is a full-time/hourly + In office position based in Santa Barbara, CA. Candidates must be local to the area.
