Customer Service Representative

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer inquires in a timely & professional manner
  • Answer customer calls 
  • Research & resolve customer concerns
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to make sure shipping and tracking information is correct
  • Inspect Returns
  • Process Returns
  • Inventory management
  • Fold and package garments

 Experience: 

  • 1-2+ years in the customer service (preferably ecommerce)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Experience/interest working in women's fashion

THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION. MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SANTA BARBARA/CARPINTERIA/VENTURA AREA.
