CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquires in a timely & professional manner
- Answer customer calls
- Research & resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate with warehouse team to make sure shipping and tracking information is correct
- Inspect Returns
- Process Returns
- Inventory management
- Fold and package garments
Experience:
- 1-2+ years in the customer service (preferably ecommerce)
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Experience/interest working in women's fashion
THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION. MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SANTA BARBARA/CARPINTERIA/VENTURA AREA.
