Sales / Customer Service INTERN

As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for a talented individual to jump into our hybrid Sales/Customer Service Assistant position. This position will wear a couple hats in this position where you will be working directly with the Sales Team and with our Customer Service Team. For this internship, intern must have reliable transportation to and from our headquarters in Carpinteria.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Order entry
  • Sales/customer service phone calls and emails to wholesale customers
  • Spreadsheet monitoring/organization
  • Return authorization processing
  • Trade-show prep/organization
  • Assisting w/ warehouse duties
  • Processing, invoicing, and shipping out orders when needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Team Player
  • Self starter-highly motivated (room for growth within the company)
  • Sales experience preferred but not necessary
  • Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/google docs & sheets
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to solve problems quickly & efficiently
  • This position involves picking up boxes and packing boxes. Must be able to lift 30lbs. 
  • Must be comfortable working closely amongst different departments within the company
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
